Abstract:
(EN) Water-soluble thioester and selenoester compounds, their generators, as well as methods for making and using the same, are provided. The subject thioester and selenoester compounds are characterized by including an amino acid synthon having a C-terminal group bonded to a water-soluble polymer through a thioester or selenoester linkage. Solid phase resins and protocols for generating the subject compounds are also provided. The subject water soluble thioester and selenoester compounds and generators find use in a variety of different applications, including thioester or selenoester mediated chemical ligation reactions.
(FR) L'invention concerne des composés thiosters et sélénoesters hydrosolubles, leurs générateurs, ainsi que des procédés de production et d'utilisation de ces composés. Lesdits composés sont caractérisés en ce qu'ils comportent un synthon aminoacide comprenant un groupe C-terminal qui est lié à un polymère hydrosoluble par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison thioester ou sélénoester. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à des résines en phase solide ainsi qu'à des protocoles de production desdits composés. Les composés thioesters et sélénoesters hydrosolubles et les générateurs selon l'invention peuvent être utilisés dans une variété d'applications différentes, y compris pour des réactions de ligature chimique dont la médiation est assurée par des thioesters et des sélénoesters.
