(EN)The present invention relates to certain glucose-based compounds that have an affinity to P-selectin. Further, the invention relates to the use of these glucose-based compounds for the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of disorders associated with P-selectin, to conjugates, pharmaceutical carriers and drug delivery systems comprising said compounds, and to a method for determining whether a compound is capable of binding to P-selectin.
(FR)Cette invention, qui a trait à des composés à base de glucose présentant une affinité pour la sélectine-P, concerne également l'usage qui est fait de ces composés pour préparer des compositions pharmaceutiques destinées à traiter des troubles liés à la présence de sélectine-P.
