The invention provides a bispecific molecule comprising an antibody that binds a C3b-like to one or more antigen-binding antibody fragments, each of which binds an antigenic molecule. The invention also provides methods of producing such bispecific molecules and to therapeutic uses of such bispecific molecules. The invention further provides bispecific molecules in which the antigen-binding antibody fragment binds the protective antigen protein of Bacillus anthracis (Anthrax) exotoxin for treatment of Anthrax infection.

L'invention concerne une molécule bispécifique comprenant un anticorps qui se lie à un récepteur de type C3b réticulé à un ou plusieurs fragments d'anticorps à liaison antigénique, chacun desquels se lie à une molécule antigénique. L'invention concerne également des procédés de production de telles molécules bispécifiques et des utilisations thérapeutiques de celles-ci. L'invention concerne enfin des molécules bispécifiques dans lesquelles le fragment d'anticorps à liaison antigénique se lie à une protéine antigénique protectrice de l'exotoxine du <i>Bacillus anthracis</i> (Anthrax) en vue du traitement d'une infection par l'Anthrax.
