(EN)Disclosed is a method for enantioselectively reducing a prochiral carbon centred radical having one or more electron donor groups attached directly to the central prochiral carbon atom of the radical, and/or attached to a carbon atom within 1 to 4 atoms of the central prochiral carbon atom, comprising treating said radical with a chiral non-racemic organotin hydride in the presence of a Lewis acidic alkaline earth metal compound.
(FR)L'invention concerne une méthode permettant de réduire par énantiosélectivité un radical centre sur un carbone prochiral possédant un ou plusieurs groupes de donneurs d'électrons liés directement à l'atome de carbone prochiral central du radical et/ou liés à un atome de carbone dans 1 à 4 atomes de l'atome de carbone prochiral central. Cette méthode consiste à traiter ledit radical au moyen d'un hydrure organostannique non racémique chiral en présence d'un composé métallique alcalino-terreux à acidité de Lewis.
