(EN)Compositions are provided comprising aqueous dispersions of electrically conducting organic polymers and a plurality of nanoparticles. Films cast from invention compositions are useful as buffer layers in electroluminescent devices, such as organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and electrodes for thin film field effect transistors. Buffer layers containing nanoparticles have a much lower conductivity than buffer layers without nanoparticles. In addition, when incorporated into an electroluminescent (EL) device, buffer layers according to the invention contribute to higher stress life of the EL device.
(FR)L'invention concerne des compositions contenant des dispersions aqueuses de polymères organiques électroconducteurs et une pluralité de nanoparticules. Des pellicules coulées à partir des compositions selon l'invention servent de couches tampon dans des appareils électroluminescents tels que des diodes électroluminescentes organiques et des électrodes destinées à des transistors à effet de champ en couches minces. Des couches tampon contenant des nanoparticules présentent une conductivité bien plus faible que celle de couches tampon ne contenant pas de nanoparticules. Par ailleurs, les couches tampon selon l'invention permettent d'augmenter la durée de vie de l'appareil électroluminescent dans lequel elles sont intégrées.
