Abstract
(EN) A method of producing a natural stone panel where plural natural stones are solidly fixed, arranged along a curved face. The method includes a step of arranging plural large-diameter natural stones on a bottom plate whose upper face is bent in a concave or convex form, a step of bedding granular bodies such as sand on the upper face of the bottom plate from individual gaps between the large-diameter natural stones to a thickness equal to or less than half the height of the natural stones, a step of closing the individual gaps by arranging small-diameter natural stones in the gaps, and a step of installing an upper frame on the upper part of a lower frame and solidifying a solidification material such as ready-mixed concrete poured from an opening above the upper frame.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire une plaque de pierre naturelle, dans lequel une pluralité de pierres naturelles sont fixées solidement sur une surface incurvée. Ce procédé comprend une étape consistant à disposer une pluralité de pierres naturelles présentant un grand diamètre sur une plaque inférieure présentant une face supérieure incurvée de forme concave ou convexe, une étape consistant à former une couche de corps granulaires tels que du sable sur la surface supérieure de cette plaque de fond à partir des différents espaces individuels formés entre les pierres naturelles de grand diamètre sur une épaisseur égale ou inférieure à la moitié de la hauteur des pierres naturelles, une étape consistant à fermer les espaces individuels en disposant des pierres naturelles de petit diamètre dans les espaces, et une étape consistant à placer un châssis supérieur sur la partie supérieure d'un châssis inférieur et à solidifier un matériau de solidification tel qu'un béton prêt à l'emploi versé à partir d'une ouverture formée dans le haut du châssis supérieur.
(JA) 複数の自然石が湾曲面に沿って並べられた状態で固化されている自然石パネルの製造方法であって、上面が凹状又は凸状に湾曲した曲面となっている底板の上に複数の大径の自然石を並べる工程と、これらの大径の自然石同士の間の各隙間から前記底板の上面に砂などの粒状体を前記自然石の高さの半分以下の寸法の厚さまで敷き詰める工程と、前記各隙間に小径の自然石を配置して前記各隙間を塞ぐ工程と、前記下型枠の上部に上型枠を取り付けて前記上型枠の上方の開口部から生コンクリートなどの固化材を入れて前記固化材を固化させる工程と、を含む方法である。
