(EN)The invention relates to a method for packaging a thick but malleable frozen dessert and for dispensing it under pressure in the expanded state. According to this method: a) the product is placed in the semi-frozen state and containing a soluble gas uniformly distributed in its mass in a container (1) and a propellant gas which is substantially insoluble in the said product is chosen; b) the product is dispensed by opening the dispensing member (3), the said product being expanded to the degree determined during filling by expansion of the expansion gas, which is dissolved therein.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de conditionner un dessert congelé épais mais malléable et de le distribuer sous pression sous une forme expansée. Ce procédé consiste : a) à placer le produit dans un conteneur (1) sous une forme semi-congelée dans laquelle il contient un gaz soluble uniformément répartie dans sa masse et à choisir un gaz propulseur qui est sensiblement insoluble dans le produit ; b) à distribuer le produit en ouvrant l'élément de distribution (3), le produit étant expansé à un degré déterminé pendant le remplissage par l'expansion du gaz d'expansion qui est dissout dans le produit.
