Data streams accumulated in a buffer (101) are modulated in a modulator (102). A multiplier (103) multiplies a signal output from the modulator (102) by a weight output from a weight controller (112). The signal output from the multiplier (103) is added in an adder (104), subjected to radio transmission processing by a transmission radio section (105), and transmitted via an antenna (106). A buffer controller (111) controls the buffer (101) according to a retransmission count output from a retransmission count detector (158). The weight controller (112) outputs a different weight from the previous transmission to the multiplier (103) each time data is retransmitted. Thus, it is possible to increase the diversity gain upon data retransmission even when the temporal change of the radio signal propagation path environment is moderate.

Des trains de données accumulées dans un tampon (101) sont modulés dans un modulateur (102). Un multiplicateur (103) multiplie une sortie de signal provenant du modulateur (102) par une sortie pondérée provenant d'un contrôleur de pondération (112). La sortie de signal provenant du multiplicateur (103) est ajoutée dans un additionneur (104), soumise à un traitement de transmission radio au moyen d'une section de transmission de radio (105) et transmise via une antenne (106). Un contrôleur de tampon (111) commande le tampon en fonction d'une sortie de compte de retransmission provenant d'un détecteur de compte de retransmission (158).
