Abstract

An adhesive patch for percutaneous fentanyl administration which is easily produced, has long-term continuity, and is excellent in adhesion and conformability to the skin. The adhesive patch comprises a substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one side thereof, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises fentanyl as an active ingredient, a pressure-sensitive adhesive base, and a tackifier resin, the pressure-sensitive adhesive base comprising polyisobutylene and a styrene/isoprene/styrene block copolymer, the proportion of the polyisobutylene in the adhesive base being 8 to 15 wt.%, and the ratio of the concentration of the polyisobutylene to that of the styrene/isoprene/styrene block copolymer being from 2/3 to 3/2.

La présente invention concerne une pastille adhésive qui est destinée à l'administration de fentanyle par voie percutanée, qui est produite facilement, qui présente une continuité sur le long terme et qui est excellente du point de vue de son adhérence et de son adaptabilité sur la peau. La pastille adhésive comprend un substrat et une couche d'adhésif sensible à la pression formée sur un côté de ce dernier, ladite couche d'adhésif sensible à la pression comprenant du fentanyle en tant qu'ingrédient actif, une base d'adhésif sensible à la pression et une résine d'agent collant, ladite base d'adhésif sensible à la pression comprenant du polyisobutylène et un copolymère séquencé de styrène/isoprène/styrène, la proportion du polyisobutylène dans la base d'adhésif étant comprise entre 8 et 15 % en poids, et le rapport de la concentration du polyisobutylène et de la concentration du copolymère séquencé de styrène/isoprène/styrène se situe entre 2/3 et 3/2.

本発明は、製造方法か簡易であり、かつ長期持続性を有し、さらに皮膚への付着性および追従性に優れたフェンタニル経皮外用貼付剤の提供を目的とする。そして、上記目的は、本発明の支持体および該支持体の一方の面に粘着層を有する貼付剤であって、該粘着層は、有効成分であるフェンタニル、粘着基剤および粘着性付与樹脂を含み、該粘着基剤は、ポリイソブチレンおよびスチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体とからなり、該ポリイソブチレンの配合量は8~15質量%であり、該ポリイソブチレンとスチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体との濃度比は、2:3~3:2である、前記貼付剤によって達成される。
