Elektronisches Bremssystem für ein Nutzfahrzeug (2) mit Anhänger (4), dessen pneumatisch über Bremszylinder (5) betätigbare Bremsen mittels mindestens einem Anhängerbremsventil (3) des Anhängers (4) betreibbar sind, das ausgehend von einem vorgesteuerten Anhängersteuermodul (1) des Nutzfahrzeuges (2) nach Massgabe einer elektronischen Steuereinheit (12) pneumatisch ansteuerbar ist, wozu vom Anhängersteuermodul (1) aus eine Steuerleitung (6) zum Anhängerbremsventil (3) geführt ist, zu der parallel auch eine Speisedruckleitung (7) zur Druckluftversorgung des Anhängers (4) verläuft, wobei im Falle eines Abrisses der Steuerleitung (6) und/oder der Speisedruckleitung (7) Mittel zur Aktivierung einer sicherheitstechnischen Abreissfunktion vorgesehen sind, die sich eines herkömmlichen Backupventils (20) des Anhängersteuermoduls (1) bedienen, welches die elektronische Steuereinheit (12) im Falle eines Abrisses der Steuerleitung (6) nach dem Zeitpunkt der Einleitung einer Vollbremsung zeitverzögert öffnet, so dass sich die Steuerkammer (13) des Anhängersteuermoduls (1) zu dem normalen, über die Einlass-/Auslassventilanordnung (13) eingegebenen Steuerdruck eines geringen Druckniveaus zusätzlich über das Backupventil (20) mit Druckluft eines höheren Druckniveaus füllt, um infolge der insoweit verstärkten Vorsteuerung den Druckluftfluss zu der zum Anhänger (4) führenden Speisedruckleitung (6) mittels entsprechender Betätigung der Ventilmechanik des Anhängersteuermoduls (1) entsprechend zeitverzögert abzuriegeln.

The invention relates to an electronic brake system for a commercial vehicle (2) with a trailer (4), the brakes of which can be actuated pneumatically by brake cylinders (5) by means of at least one brake valve (3) of the trailer (4). Said valve can be pneumatically controlled by a pilot controlled trailer control module (1) of the commercial vehicle in accordance with an electronic control unit (12). To this end, a control line (6) is provided, said line leading from the trailer control module (1) to the trailer brake valve (3). A feed pressure line (7) for supplying compressed air to the trailer (4) extends parallel to said control line. In case of tearing of the control line (6) and/or the feed pressure line (7), means for activating a safety tear function are provided, said function making use of a conventional backup valve (20) of the trailer control module (1), which opens the electronic control unit (12) in a time-delayed manner in case of tearing of the control line (6) once a full braking operation has been initiated so that the control chamber (13) of the trailer control module (1) is additionally filled with compressed air by means of the backup valve (20), said additional compressed air having a higher pressure level in comparison with the lower pressure level of the control pressure normally supplied by means of the intake/exhaust valve arrangement (13). As a result of the reinforced pilot control, the flow of compressed air to the feed pressure line (6) leading to the trailer (4) is appropriately blocked in a time-delayed manner by correspondingly actuating the valve mechanism of the trailer control module (1).

L'invention concerne un système de freinage électronique pour un véhicule utilitaire (2) équipé d'une remorque (4), dont les freins à commande pneumatique par cylindres de frein (5) peuvent fonctionner par le biais d'au moins une valve de frein (3) de la remorque (4), laquelle valve peut être amorcée pneumatiquement à partir d'un module de commande remorque piloté (1) du véhicule utilitaire (2) en fonction d'une unité de commande électronique (12). A cet effet, une conduite de commande (6) mène du module de commande remorque (1) à la valve de frein de remorque (3) et une conduite de pression d'alimentation (7), destinée à l'alimentation en air comprimé de la remorque (4), s'étend parallèlement à cette conduite de commande. Selon la présente invention, en cas de rupture de la conduite de commande (6) et/ou de la conduite de pression d'alimentation (7), des moyens destinés à activer une fonction de rupture de sécurité se servent d'une valve de secours classique (20) du module de commande remorque (1), ladite valve de secours étant ouverte de façon temporisée par l'unité de commande électronique (12) en cas de rupture de la conduite de commande (6) après l'initialisation d'un freinage à fond, de sorte que la chambre de commande (13) du module de commande remorque (1) se remplit d'air comprimé d'un niveau de pression supérieur par l'intermédiaire de ladite valve de secours (20) en plus de la pression de commande normale d'un faible niveau de pression fournie par l'intermédiaire de l'ensemble valve d'admission/échappement (13), afin de bloquer de façon appropriée et temporisée, suite au pilotage amplifié, le flux d'air comprimé vers la conduite de pression d'alimentation (6) menant à la remorque (4) par l'actionnement correspondant du mécanisme de valve du module de commande remorque (1).
