Method of realizing negotiation of the encryption algorithms, which relates to the field of mobile communication or data communication, includes the step of identifying negotiation the encryption algorithms of both sides, the communication of the both sides is started when the negotiation is passed. Said negotiation includes the step of identifying the encryption algorithm identifier of the security protocol. Said encryption algorithm identifier includes algorithm identifier indicating a selected encryption algorithm, characterized in that said identifying the encryption algorithm identifier include the step of identifying the country code. As adding the country code, the producers needn’t special negotiation when their different equipments communicate with each other in security protocol, at one time standardization, and settle the matter of some countries having their own special security protocols.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de négociation des algorithmes de codage, utilisé dans les domaines des télécommunications mobiles et des transmissions de données, consistant à identifier la négociation d'algorithmes de codage des deux côtés, la communication entre les deux côtés commençant une fois la négociation achevée. Ladite négociation consiste à identifier l'identificateur d'algorithmes de codage de différents protocoles de sécurité. Un tel identificateur sélectionne un algorithme de codage, ladite sélection incluant une étape d'identification du code de pays. Du fait de l'adjonction du code de pays, les producteurs ne nécessitent pas de négociations spéciales lorsque leurs différents équipements communiquent entre eux dans le cadre de protocoles de sécurité, il y a standardisation immédiate et le problème des pays ayant leur propre protocole spécial de sécurité se trouve résolu.
