Abstract

An autothermal-type heat exchanger where larger heat transmission area is achievable in spite of a limited capacity, relatively easy to produce, and provides vast improvement in heat exchange efficiency. A heat exchanger having a partition wall-type heat transmission body (BF) for partitioning a high temperature fluid (1) and a low temperature fluid (2) is characterized as follows. The heat transmission body (BF) has a bellows shape and formed such that both fluids (1, 2) flow in gaps in the bellows portion of the heat transmission body (BF) in the directions opposed to each other along ridge lines or valley lines of the bellows portion. At one end or both ends of the heat transmission body (BF) at which one end or both ends the ridge lines of the bellows portion intersect, there is provided a flow-around space portion(s) (F) for causing one of the fluids to flow around into the gaps of the bellows portion on the opposite side. Heat is exchanged such that one of the fluids that flow around into the opposite side through the flow-around portion(s) (F) becomes the other fluid whose heat is to be exchanged.

Echangeur de chaleur de type autothermique dans lequel on peut former une zone de transmission de chaleur plus importante malgré une capacité réduite, qui est facile à fabriquer et permet d'effectuer des améliorations importantes en termes d'efficacité d'échange de chaleur. Un échangeur de chaleur possède un corps de transmission de chaleur (BF) de type à parois de séparation est destiné à séparer un liquide haute température (1) et un liquide basse température (2). Le corps BF a la forme d'un soufflet et est formé de manière à ce que les deux liquides (1, 2) s'écoulent dans les interstices dans la partie soufflet du corps BF, dans des directions opposées, le long des lignes de crêtes ou d'échancrures de la partie soufflet. A une extrémité ou à deux extrémités du corps BF, où se croisent les deux lignes, on a créé une ou plusieurs parties d'écoulement (F) qui permet aux liquides de s'écouler et faire en sorte que l'un des liquides pénètre dans les interstices de la partie soufflet du côté opposé. La chaleur est échangée de manière à ce qu'un des liquides qui s'écoule du côté opposé à travers les parties d'écoulement (F) se transforme en l'autre liquide dont la chaleur est échangée.

 限られた容量の中でより大きな伝熱面積が得られ、かつ、製作が比較的容易であり、熱交換効率の飛躍的な向上をもたらすことができる自己熱交換型熱交換器である。高温流体(1)と低温流体(2)を隔てるための隔壁型の伝熱体(BF)を有する熱交換器において、該伝熱体(BF)が蛇腹型形状であり、両流体(1,2)が主として該伝熱体(BF)の蛇腹部分の空隙部を稜線方向又は谷線方向に沿って向流するように構成され、かつ、該伝熱体(BF)の蛇腹部分の稜線と交わる一端部又は両端部に、一方の流体を該伝熱体(BF)の反対側の蛇腹部分の空隙部に回り込ませるための流体回り込み空間部(F)を有し、該流体回り込み空間部(F)を介して反対側に回り込んだ流体が、熱交換すべき他方の流体となって熱交換を行うことを特徴とする。
