(EN)It is intended to provide an improved method of transferring dsRNA to thereby elevate the efficiency in acquiring a mammal (for example, a mouse) having RNAi phenotype. Namely, a method of constructing a nonhuman mammal in which the function of a target gene is regulated, comprising transferring into cells a papilomavirus vector carrying the target gene integrated thereinto.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé amélioré de transfert d'ADN double brin pour l'augmentation de l'efficacité d'acquisition d'un mammifère (par exemple une souris) possédant un phénotype d'ARNi. L'invention concerne notamment un procédé de construction d'un mammifère non humain dans lequel la fonction d'un gène cible est régulée, qui consiste à transférer dans des cellules un vecteur du virus de papillome dans lequel le gène cible est intégré.
(JA) 本発明の目的は、RNAi表現型をもつマウスなどの哺乳動物の取得効率を向上させるために、dsRNAの導入方法を改良することである。本発明によれば、標的遺伝子を組み込んだパピローマウイルスベクターを細胞に導入することを含む、該標的遺伝子の機能が抑制されている非ヒト哺乳動物を作製する方法が提供される。
