(FR) COMPOSE AMINE TERTIAIRE BICYCLIQUE INSATURE
Abstract: front page image
(EN)A bicyclic unsaturated tertiary amine compound which can inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokine. It is a compound represented by the following general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, pharmacologically acceptable ester thereof, or pharmacologically acceptable other derivative thereof: (I) wherein A represents pyrrole or pyrazole; R1 represents optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl; R2 represents optionally substituted heteroaryl; and R3 represents indolizine.
