The invention relates to digital transmissions. It particularly relates to a method of transmitting data from a transmitter to a receiver using multi-carrier Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) for accessing a transmission system. The transmitted data are OFDM modulated using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) after being spread with a set of predefined spreading sequences of consecutive chips, wherein two successive chips of the predefined sequences are transmitted on non-successive carriers and in non-successive time intervals.

La présente invention concerne les émissions numériques. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un procédé pour émettre des données d'un émetteurs à un récepteur avec utilisation de l'Accès Multiple à Répartition de Code - Multi-Porteuse (AMRC-MP) pour l'accès à un système d'émission. Les données émises sont modulées en MROF par multiplexage MROF (Multiplexage par Répartition Orthogonale de la Fréquence) après étalement au moyen d'un ensemble de séquences d'étalement définies de segments de données transmissibles consécutifs, deux des segments de ces séquences prédéfinies étant émis sur des porteuses non-successives dans des créneaux de temps non-successifs.
