(EN)The invention concerns the use and detection of SUMOylated and/or ubiquitylated PCNA for the detection and channelling of DNA transaction pathways within cells and cell-like systems. The invention also concerns antibodies that specifically recognise differentially SUMOylated and/or ubiquitylated forms of PCNA. Moreover, the invention concerns screening methods for the isolation of compounds that can be used to selectively enhance or suppress DNA transaction activities of cells and cell-like systems.
(FR)La présente invention concerne l'utilisation et la détection de PCNA sumoylé et/ou ubiquitinylé dans la détection et la canalisation des voies de transaction de l'ADN à l'intérieur de cellules et de systèmes de type cellulaire. L'invention se rapporte également à des anticorps qui reconnaissent spécifiquement des formes sumoylées et/ou ubiquitinylées différentielles du PCNA. L'invention concerne enfin des procédés de criblage qui permettent d'isoler des composés utilisés pour renforcer ou supprimer sélectivement les activités de transaction de l'ADN de cellules et de systèmes de type cellulaire.
