(EN)A method of transferring a mutation into the base sequence of a target nucleic acid characterized by comprising the step of preparing a DNA having a reversed repetitive sequence wherein the base sequence of the DNA having the reversed repetitive sequence is homologous with the target nucleic acid and has a base sequence containing the mutation to be transferred into the target nucleic acid, and the step of transferring the DNA having the reversed repetitive sequence into cells; and a kit for the method.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de transfert d'une mutation dans la séquence de base d'un acide nucléique cible, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape de préparation d'un ADN présentant une séquence répétitive inversée, laquelle séquence de base d'ADN présentant ladite séquence répétitive inversée étant homologue à l'acide nucléique cible, et présentant une séquence de base contenant la mutation à transférer dans l'acide nucléique cible; et l'étape consistant à transférer l'ADN présentant la séquence répétitive inversée dans des cellules. L'invention concerne également une trousse associée à ce procédé.
