Title (EN) REGULATORY PROTEIN FOR NOX ENZYMES
(FR) PROTEINES REGULANT LES ENZYMES D'OXYDE D'AZOTE
Abstract: front page image
(EN)The present invention relates to nucleotides encoding for the production of novel regulatory proteins for Nox enzymes involved in generation of reactive oxygen intermediates that affect cell division. The present invention also provides vectors containing these nucleotides, cells transfected with these vectors, antibodies raised against these novel proteins, kits for detection, localization and measurement of these nucleotides and proteins, and methods to determine the activity of drugs to affect the biological activity of the regulatory proteins of the present invention.
