(EN)A device for discharging molten metal from a container to another, comprising an outlet sleeve which penetrates into the lower container pushed by springs against a nozzle of refractory material which connects the inside of the upper container with the outside, so as to make a seal for the molten metal. The outlet sleeve is surrounded by a cylindrical sheath which joins, through a sand joint with a cylindrical blade fixed to the base of the upper container, around the aperture where it faces the nozzle. The sheath and the blade enclose a volume into which an inert gas is injected to remove the air possibly present.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à décharger du métal fondu d'un conteneur dans un autre. Ce dispositif comprend un manchon de sortie pénétrant dans le conteneur inférieur poussé par des ressorts contre une buse de matériau réfractaire qui relie l'intérieur du conteneur supérieur avec l'extérieur, de manière à produire un scellement pour le métal fondu. Le manchon de sortie est entouré d'une gaine cylindrique se reliant, à travers un joint de sable à lame cylindrique fixé sur la base du conteneur supérieur, autour de l'ouverture au niveau de laquelle il fait face à la buse. La gaine et la lame renferment un volume dans lequel un gaz inerte est injecté en vue d'éliminer une quelconque présence d'air.
