Die Erfindung betrifft eine Strangpresse, insbesondere für Aluminium oder Aluminiumlegierungen, mit einer Trennvorrichtung (10) und ein entsprechendes Strangpressverfahren. Die Trennvorrichtung (10) zeichnet sich durch ein besonders schlankes Messer mit Schneidflächen (lla, llb) aus, welches in seiner Position zur Matrize (20) einmalig eingestellt sowie abgespeichert wird. Diese matrizenabhängige Position (17') kann bei jedem folgenden Strangpressschritt mit dieser Matrize (20) reproduzierbar angefahren werden. Auf diese Weise erzielt man eine saubere, glatte Trennschnittfläche beispielsweise beim Abtrennen des Pressrestes (30) von der Matrize (20).

The invention relates to an extruding press, particularly for aluminum or aluminum alloys, comprising a shearing device (10), and to a corresponding extruding method. The shearing device (10) is characterized by comprising a particularly slim blade, which has cutting surfaces (11a, 11b) whose position relative to the matrix (20) is set a single time and held. This matrix-dependent position (17') can be achieved in a reproducible manner in each successive extruding step involving the use of said matrix (20). This results in obtaining a clean and smooth sheared edge, for example, when shearing the pressing remnants (30) from the matrix (20).

L'invention concerne une presse à filage destinée notamment à l'aluminium ou aux alliages d'aluminium et comprenant un dispositif de séparation (10). L'invention concerne également un procédé correspondant. Le dispositif de séparation (10) se distingue par une lame particulièrement mince qui est dotée de surfaces de coupe (11a, 11b) et dont la position par rapport à la matrice (20) se règle une fois et est mémorisée. A chaque étape suivante de la presse à filage, on approche la matrice (20) de cette position, fonction de la matrice (17'), aux fins de reproduction. Cela permet d'obtenir une surface de coupe lisse et propre, par exemple, lorsque l'on détache les résidus de pressage (30) de la matrice (20).
