(EN)A frozen food sustaining a charcoal-grilled flavor which is obtained by repeating 1 to 10 times the procedure of charcoal-grilling a meat food and dipping it in a spicy sauce, then packaging the spicy sauce having the charcoal-grilled flavor imparted thereto together with the grilled food, steaming at 80 to 105°C for 3 to 60 minutes and then freezing; and a process for producing the same.
(FR)L'invention concerne un aliment congelé conservant le goût de la cuisson au barbecue, que l'on produit en répétant 1 à 10 fois la procédure qui consiste à griller au barbecue un aliment carné et à le tremper dans une sauce épicée, à emballer la sauce épicée ayant le goût de cuisson au barbecue conjointement avec l'aliment grillé, à cuire le tout à la vapeur à 80 à 105 °C pendant 3 à 60 minutes et à le congeler. L'invention porte également sur procédé de production dudit aliment congelé.
