(EN)The present invention relates to a simple, efficient, and accelerated method for enzyme-catalyzed in vitro modification and synthesis of nucleic acid using uninterrupted and brief microwave irradiation at a frequency ranging between 2300 to 2500 MHz, with the power output ranging between 600 to 900 watts, and for a period ranging from 5 to 120 seconds; and further, an apparatus for using said method.
