Title (EN) SNRKS AS MODIFIERS OF CHK AND BRANCHING MORPHOGENESIS AND METHODS OF USE
(FR) SNRKS UTILISES COMME MODIFICATEURS DE CHK ET DE LA MORPHOGENESE DE BRANCHEMENT ET LEURS PROCEDES D'UTILISATION
Abstract: front page image
(EN)Human SNRK genes are identified as modulators of CHK and branching morphogenesis, and thus are therapeutic targets for disorders associated with defective CHK and branching morphogenesis function. Methods for identifying modulators of CHK and branching morphogenesis, comprising screening for agents that modulate the activity of SNRK are provided.
