(EN)The invention includes a device having a chamber, at least one tool, and at least one micromanipulator (130) that has a ball housing (143) having a space therein, a ball assembly (144), having a ball (150) with a hole and a tube (145), and a chamber attachment (14), wherein the ball assembly (144) is movably positioned within the space in the ball housing (143), and the tube (145) is securely positioned within the hole in the ball (150), wherein the ball (150) imparts three dimensional movement to the tube (145) through rotational movement of the ball (150) within the ball housing (143), wherein the micromanipulator is reversibly attached to the chamber and the micromanipulator functions to manipulate the at least one tool with respect to the sample in the chamber.
