Abstract

An air conditioning system for a vehicle including an integral valve block (32) having a liquid line bore (42) extending therethrough and a suction line bore (44) extending therethrough with a transverse by-pass passage (34). The by-pass check valve (38) of the first system of Figures 1 and 2 allows only one-way fluid flow through the by-pass passage (34) from the suction fluid line (22) to the liquid fluid line (20), whereas the by-pass check valve (40) of the second system of Figures 3 and 4 allows only one-way fluid flow through the by-pass passage (34) from the liquid fluid line (20) to the suction fluid line (22). Also integrated into the valve block (16) is a suction check valve (46) in the suction fluid line (22) for allowing one-way fluid flow from the evaporator (16) to the compressor (12).

L'invention concerne un système de climatisation pour véhicule comprenant un distributeur (32) monobloc doté d'un orifice (42) de conduite de liquide s'étendant à travers ledit distributeur, d'un orifice (44) de conduite d'aspiration s'étendant également à travers ce distributeur et d'un passage de dérivation (34) transversal. Un clapet anti-retour (38) de dérivation d'un premier système représenté par les figures 1 et 2 permet un écoulement de liquide uniquement unidirectionnel à travers le passage de dérivation (34) de la conduite de fluide d'aspiration (22) vers la conduite de fluide d'écoulement (20), alors que le clapet anti-retour (40) d'un second système représenté par les figures 3 et 4 permet un écoulement fluidique uniquement unidirectionnel à travers le passage de dérivation (34) de la conduite de fluide d'écoulement (20) vers la conduite de fluide d'aspiration (22). Un clapet anti-retour (46) d'aspiration est également intégré au distributeur (16) et placé dans la conduite de fluide d'aspiration (22) afin de permettre un écoulement fluidique unidirectionnel d'un évaporateur (16) vers un compresseur (12).
