A feeder for feeding a movable piece (27) by driving legs (21 and 22) having an expansion−contraction deformation unit (23) and a shear deformation unit (24). A high−speed operation of the feeder is realized and the average voltage is set to almost zero by applying sinusoidal drive voltages to expansion−contraction deformation unit (23) and the shear deformation unit (24) of the driving legs (21 and 22).

Dispositif servant à effectuer l'alimentation d'une pièce mobile (27) au moyen de montants d'entraînement (21, 22) possédant une unité de déformation par dilatation-contraction (23) et une unité de déformation par cisaillement (24). Ceci permet à ce dispositif d'alimentation de fonctionner très rapidement et de régler la tension moyenne à pratiquement zéro par application de tensions de commandes sinusoïdales à l'unité de déformation par dilatation-contraction (23) et à l'unité de déformation par cisaillement (24) des montants d'entraînement (21, 22).
