(EN)A process for producing a glycidyl ether and an optically active substance thereof with high optical purity in high yield, comprising reacting an alcohol with epihalohydrin in the presence of a base to thereby produce a glycidyl ether, the reaction performed in a two-layer system of non-water-soluble organic solvent/aqueous solution.
(FR)Ce procédé de production d'éther glycidylique et d'une substance active optiquement dérivée de celui-ci, à grande pureté optique et avec un rendement élevé, consiste à faire réagir un alcool avec de l'épihalohydrine en présence d'une base. La réaction s'effectue dans un système bicouche, composé d'un solvant organique non hydrosoluble et d'une solution aqueuse.
