Abstract
(EN) Fine particles of ATO having physical characteristics which have been demonstrated as being capable of exhibiting optical properties, such as high visible light transmission, low sunlight transmission and low haze value, when provided on or in a transparent base material; and production of fine particles of ATO having such physical characteristics. Fine particles of ATO with physical characteristics such that the diameter of crystallites constituting the fine particles of ATO is in the range of 4 to 125 nm and that the specific surface area of the fine particles is in the range of 5 to 110 m2/g can exhibit the above optical properties. These fine particles of ATO can be produced by, for example, a process comprising dropping an alcohol solution of antimony chloride and an aqueous solution of ammonium hydrogen carbonate in parallel into an aqueous solution of tin chloride, satisfactorily washing the thus formed precipitate, drying the washed precipitate and firing the same in air atmosphere.
(FR) L'invention porte sur des particules fines d'ATO présentant des caractéristiques physiques possédant des propriétés optiques, telles qu'une transmission de lumière hautement visible, une faible transmission de rayons solaires et une faible valeur de brume sèche, lorsqu'elles sont fournies sur ou dans une matière de base transparente ; et sur la production de particules fines d'ATO présentant ces caractéristiques physiques. Les particules fines d'ATO avec des caractéristiques physiques telles que le diamètre de cristallites constituant les particules fines d'ATO est compris entre 4 et 125 nm et que la surface spécifique des particules fines est comprise entre 5 et 110m2/g, possèdent les propriétés optiques susmentionnées. Ces particules fines d'ATO peuvent être produites, par exemple, grâce à un procédé consistant à verser une solution alcoolisée de chlorure d'antimoine simultanément avec une solution aqueuse de carbonate d'hydrogène d'ammonium dans une solution aqueuse de chlorure d'étain, à nettoyer de manière satisfaisante le précipité ainsi obtenu, à sécher le précipité lavé et à l'allumer dans l'atmosphère.
(JA) 透明基材上あるいは基材中に形成されたとき、高い可視光透過率と、低い日射透過率と、ヘイズ値が低いという光学特性を発揮することのできるATO微粒子の物理特性を明らかにし、この物理特性を有するATO微粒子を製造する。 ATOの微粒子を構成する結晶子の径が4~125nmであり、かつ前記微粒子の比表面積が5~110m2/gという物理特性を有するものは、前記光学特性を発揮することができ、その製造方法の一例は、塩化錫水溶液中へ塩化アンチモンアルコール溶液と、炭酸水素アンモニウムの水溶液とを並行滴下した後、生成した沈殿物を十分洗浄した後乾燥し、大気雰囲気下で焼成して当該ATO微粒子を製造する。
