Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to 1- or 3-thiabenzonaphthoazulene derivatives to their pharmacologically acceptable salts and solvates, to processes and intermediates for the preparation thereof as well as to their antiinflammatory effects, especially to the inhibition of tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) production and the inhibition of interleukin-1 (IL-1) production as well as to their analgetic action.
(FR) La présente invention concerne les dérivés de 1- or 3-thiabenzonaphthoazulène, leurs sels et solvates pharmaceutiquement acceptables, des processus et des intermédiaires de préparation correspondants et leurs effets anti-inflammatoires et notamment l'inhibition de la production du facteur alpha de nécrose tumorale (TNF-alpha) ainsi que l'inhibition de la production d'interleukine-1 (IL-1), de même que leur action analgésique.
