(EN)Disclosed are mutated genes for green fluorescence proteins and enhanced inserted YFPs expressed therefrom. The mutant proteins not only maintain their fluorescence even at 37 °C, but also exhibit about 20 times stronger fluorescence intensities in comparison to the conventional fluorescence proteins. Accordingly, the mutant fluorescence proteins of the present invention can be used as biosensors for detecting and analyzing the bioactivities of desired materials.
(FR)L'invention porte sur des gènes mutés destinés à des protéines à fluorescence verte et sur des protéines à fluorescence jaune améliorées, exprimées à partir de ces gènes. Les protéines mutantes non seulement conservent leur fluorescence même à 37 °C, mais présentent également des intensités de fluorescence 20 fois plus importantes en comparaison avec les protéines à fluorescence traditionnelles. En conséquence, les protéines à fluorescence de cette invention peuvent être utilisées comme biocapteurs pour détecter et analyser les bioactivités des matériaux désirés.
