Abstract:
(EN) (-)-7-[(7S)-Amino-5-azaspiro[2.4]heptan-5-yl]-6-fluoro-1-[(1R,2S)-2-fluoro-1-cyclopropyl]-1,4-dihydro-8-methoxy-4-oxo-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid monohydrochloride 2.5-hydrate, which is represented by the following formula (1); and a process for producing the monohydrochloride monohydrate of this compound. By the process, the compound is stably obtained, which has excellent antibacterial activity and safety and excellent stability to light and humidity and is useful as an antibacterial.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dérivé d'acide quinolone-carboxylique, le monochlorhydrate 2.5-hydraté d'acide (-)-7-[(7S)-Amino-5-azaspiro[2.4]heptan-5-yl]-6-fluoro-1-[(1R,2S)-2-fluoro-1-cyclopropyl]-1,4dihydro-8-méthoxy-4-oxo-3-quinoléine-carboxylique, représenté par la formule générale (1) ; ainsi qu'un procédé servant à la production du monohydrate de monochlorhydrate de ce composé. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir un composé stable présentant une excellente activité antibactérienne et une excellente stabilité à la lumière et à l'humidité, et offrant une excellente protection antibactérienne. Ce composé peut être utilisé comme agent antibactérien.
