(EN)An image processing method capable of providing an image quality almost identical to the one obtained by interpolation using the Cubic interpolation kernel or interpolation using the Quadratic interpolation kernel and realizing the image processing with a smaller amount of calculations. The kernel of the image processing method has a quadratic kernel function having two parameters. According to this kernel, a point to be interpolated is calculated by using two adjacent points in the original data. The kernel of the image processing method uses Equation 1.
(FR)Procédé de traitement d'image pouvant produire une qualité d'image pratiquement identique à celle obtenue au moyen d'un noyau d'interpolation cubique ou d'un noyau d'interpolation quadratique et pouvant assurer le traitement de l'image avec un nombre inférieur de calculs. Le noyau du procédé de traitement d'image possède une fonction quadratique à deux paramètres.
