Abstract
(EN) A circuit (10) includes a first source (12) for providing an alternating electric field, a directional circuit (14) is connected to the first source (12) for providing an alternating electric field by a transmission conductor (16) there being no conductive return path is provided back from the directional circuit to the first source for providing an alternating electric field. The directional circuit being a loop circuit (20) which includes one or more circuit elements causing the loop circuit to be asymmetric to current flow; the directional circuit (14) having no continuous conductive path to earth ground, or battery ground, the directional circuit thereby developing a DC potential in response to the alternating electric field which is self referencing between a relatively high potential output and a relatively lower potential output. One or more loads (94-98) connected to the directional circuit, the one or more loads also not having a continuous conductive path to earth ground or a battery ground. The load is not provided with a continuous connection to earth ground, or battery ground.
(FR) Un circuit comprend une première source permettant de créer un champ électrique alternatif. Un circuit directionnel est connecté à la première source, via un conducteur de transmission, pour fournir un champ électrique alternatif. Aucun trajet de retour non conducteur n'est assuré en retour à la première source par le circuit directionnel pour fournir un champ électrique alternatif. Le circuit directionnel étant un circuit fermé qui comprend un ou plusieurs éléments qui font que ce dernier soit asymétrique à la circulation de courant. Du fait que le circuit directionnel ne présente pas de trajet conducteur continu à la terre, ou à la masse de la batterie, il développe un potentiel à courant continu en réponse au champ de courant alternatif qui est autoréférentiel entre une sortie de potentiel relativement élevée et une sortie de potentiel relativement basse. Une ou plusieurs charges sont connectées au circuit directionnel. Ces charges ne présentent par non plus de trajet conducteur continu vers la terre ou la masse de la batterie. De plus, la charge n'est pas connectée en continu à la terre ou à la masse de batterie.
