(EN)An in situ process for preparing chloroadenosine is described, wherein adenosine in a non-aqueous solvent is reacted with a thionyl chloride and a pyridine to form a reaction solution; the non-aqueous solvent is exchanged with a lower alcohol, and a base is added to the reaction solution; and the resulting chloroadenosine is filtered, washed and dried. Additionally, a two-step process for the synthesis of methylthioadenosine using the chloroadenosine prepared in situ is described.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé in situ permettant de préparer une chloroadénosine, l'adénosine présente dans un solvant non aqueux étant mise en réaction avec un chlorure de thionyle et une pyridine afin d'obtenir une solution réactionnelle ; d'échanger le solvant non aqueux avec un alcool inférieur et d'ajouter une base à la solution réactionnelle ; et de filtrer, laver et sécher la chloroadénosine ainsi obtenue. Fait également l'objet de cette invention un procédé en deux étapes pour la synthèse de la méthylthioadénosine à l'aide de la chloroadénosine préparée in situ.
