(EN)The invention relates to magnesium-based alloys, in particular to the composition of magnesium alloys and methods for the production thereof, said alloys being widely used for the automobile industry. The aim of said invention is to produce an alloy having low creep-strength factor which improves the mechanical properties thereof, in particular the heat resistance of the alloy. The invention makes it possible to produce the alloy provided with mechanical properties suitable for pressure-die casting. The inventive magnesium-based alloy contains aluminium, zinc, manganese and calcium. The novelty of the alloy lies in that the ingredients thereof are contained at the following element ratio in mass %: 2.0-3.0 of aluminium 7.0-11.0 of zinc 0.51-1.0 of manganese 0.2-1.7 of calcium, magnesium being the rest.
(FR)L'invention concerne des alliages à base de magnésium et notamment la composition d'alliages à base de magnésium et les procédés de fabrication correspondants, largement utilisés en industrie automobile. L'invention vise un alliage présentant un coefficient plus bas de résistance au fluage, ce qui a pour effet d'améliorer les propriétés mécaniques de l'alliage et notamment sa résistance thermique. L'invention permet de fabriquer un alliage possédant des propriétés mécaniques adaptées au coulage sous pression. Pour atteindre cet objectif, on crée un alliage à base de magnésium contenant de l'aluminium, du zinc, du manganèse et du calcium, dont la nouveauté consiste en ce qu'il contient les ingrédients dans les proportions suivantes, en % en poids: - aluminium 2,0 - 3,0 - zinc 7,0 - 11,0 - magnésium 0,51 - 1,0 - calcium 0,2 - 1,7, le reste étant constitué de magnésium.
