(EN)The invention relates to the induction method for cell differentiation which consists in injecting peptide derivatives having the following general formula (I): and used as a differentiation-inducing factor. Said peptide derivatives are used for curing oncological diseases, in particular for stabilising melanoma growth, increasing the efficiency of melanoma immunotherapy and reducing haematological toxicity of chemotherapy. The utilisation of said peptide derivatives is also disclosed.
(FR)L'invention concerne une méthode d'induction de différentiation cellulaire consistant à administrer des peptides de formule générale (I) servant d'inducteurs de différentiation cellulaire. Lesdits peptides sont utilisés dans le traitement des maladies oncologiques, en particulier dans la stabilisation de la croissance des mélanomes, dans l'accroissement de l'efficacité de l'immunothérapie du mélanome, et dans la réduction de la toxicité hématologique de la chimiothérapie. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation desdits peptides dans le traitement desdites affections.
