(EN)MPR9 is disclosed herein to be expressed in cancer cells. An antibody is disclosed that specifically binds an antigenic epitope of an MRP9 polypeptide. Methods are also provided for detecting cancer cells, by detecting a mRNA encoding MRP9, or by detecting MRP9 polypeptide. Immunotherapeutics are also provided that are based on MRP9. These immunotherapeutics are of use in the treatment of cancer.
(FR)La présente invention concerne le MRP9 susceptible d'expression dans des cellules cancéreuses. L'invention concerne également un anticorps se liant de façon spécifique à un épitope antigène d'un polypeptide MRP9. L'invention concerne également des procédés permettant de détecter des cellules cancéreuses par détection d'une ARN messager codant le MRP9, ou par détection d'un polypeptide MRP9.
