Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is an electric energy saving device. The device includes a housing (10) made of metal or plastic and coated on an inner surface thereof with a ceramic layer (11) mainly formed of sericite to emanate rotating electromagnetic waves, so that wave transfer to the outside is prevented; an inner cover plate (20) supported in a space defined in the housing by separation maintaining rods (12), to repeatedly absorb and emit rotating electromagnetic waves emanated from the ceramic layer and thereby perform a resonance absorption function; conductive plates (30) rested on supporting insulation blocks (31) so that rotating electromagnetic waves induced in a free space defined between the inner cover plate (20) and a bottom plate can penetrate into the conductive plates (30); and a wire (33) for outputting, out of the housing (10), the rotating electromagnetic waves penetrated into the conductive plates (30), to an electricity line.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'économiser de l'énergie électrique. Le dispositif comprend un logement (10) fait de métal ou de plastique et recouvert, sur une surface interne, d'une couche céramique (11) essentiellement formée de séricite pour générer des ondes électromagnétiques rotatives, de manière à empêcher le transfert des ondes vers l'extérieur ; une plaque de recouvrement intérieure (20) positionnée dans un espace défini dans le logement par des tiges (12) de séparation servant à absorber et à émettre de manière répétée des ondes électromagnétiques générées par la couche céramique, exécutant ainsi une fonction d'absorption de résonance ; des plaques conductrices (30) positionnées sur des blocs isolants (31) de manière que les ondes électromagnétiques induites dans un espace libre défini entre la plaque de recouvrement intérieure (20) et une plaque inférieure puissent pénétrer dans les plaques conductrices (30); et un câble (33) servant à transférer hors du logement (10) les ondes électromagnétiques rotatives des plaques conductrices (30) sur une ligne électrique.
