Abstract:
(EN) There is disclosed an apparatus for detecting the distance of a surface from a lens, for example for use in a microscope autofocus arrangement. A light beam is directed into the lens, displaced sideways from the lens axis. The displacement of the reflected beam emerging from the lens is used to determine the required distance or to operate a focussing actuator.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un appareil de détection de la distance séparant une surface d'une lentille, ledit appareil s'utilisant, par exemple, dans un ensemble de mise au point automatique de microscope. Un faisceau lumineux est dirigé pour qu'il entre dans la lentille, tout en étant déplacé latéralement par rapport à l'axe de la lentille. Le déplacement du faisceau réfléchi sortant de la lentille est utilisé pour la détermination de la distance requise ou pour l'actionnement d'un actionneur de mise au point.
