(EN)In one embodiment of the invention, methods and systems are provided for high throughput genotyping. The system includes a sample preparation method, an automated sample preparation system comprising a robotic device for handling multiwell plates, a sample tracking system, automated array processing and a computer system for genotyping and for data analysis.
