(EN)A process is described for the decontamination in situ of groundwater polluted by chloro-organic compounds, using whey as electron donor and a source of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous and other substances useful for the growth of autochthon and/or allochthon micro-organisms capable of using chloro-organic compounds as final electron acceptors. Whey is also used for ensuring that the negative redox potential necessary for the development of dehalo-reducing micro-organisms, is reached in the groundwater.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de décontamination in situ d'eaux souterraines polluée par des composés chloro-organiques, au moyen de lactosérum utilisé comme donneur d'électron et une source de carbone, d'azote, de phosphore et d'autres substances utilisés pour la croissance de micro-organismes autochtones et/ou allochtones capables d'utiliser des composés chloro-organiques comme des accepteurs d'électrons finaux. On utilise également du lactosérum pour s'assurer que le potentiel redox négatif nécessaire au développement de micro-organismes réducteur de déshalogénation, est atteint dans les eaux souterraines.
