(EN)An elecroluminescent device (1) comprises: a supporting substrate (2); at least two electrodes (3) positioned on the substrate (2); at least a three-dimensional percolated layer (4), positioned on the substrate (2) between the two electrodes (3), having a metallic mesoporous structure defining a multitude of cavities of micrometric or nanometric dimensions. Present in the cavities of the three-dimensional percolated layer (4) are a multitude of luminescent inclusions (5), which operate to emit light when energized by elections which, as a result of electron tunneling effect, pass through the three-dimensional percolated layer (4).
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent (1) comprenant: un substrat porteur (2); au moins deux électrodes (4) positionnées sur le substrat (2); au moins une couche percolée tridimensionnelle (4), positionnée sur le substrat (2), entre les deux électrodes (3), qui présente une structure mésoporeuse métallique définissant une multitude de cavités de dimensions micrométriques ou nanométriques. Les cavités de la couche percolée tridimensionnelle (4) contiennent une multitude d'inclusions luminescentes (5) qui fonctionnent de manière à émettre de la lumière lorsqu'elles sont énergisées par des électrons qui, sous l'effet de l'action de la canalisation électronique, traversent la couche percolée tridimensionnelle (4).
