(EN)The invention provides an ultra−high speed vessel form capable of coping with ultra−high speedup of vessels above 40 knots and reducing the required horse power as much as possible, and it also provides an ultra−high speed vessel obtained by such vessel form. Submerged bodies (11, 12) are disposed below the water level (WL) at the bow and stern and are interconnected by a main vessel body (13) extending through the water level (WL). The cross−sectional area curve of the vessel main body (13) is theoretically determined so that the wave making resistance may take a minimum value at a Froude number set at 0.36 or above.
(FR)L'invention concerne, d'une part, un modèle de bateau à très grande vitesse capable d'atteindre des vitesses supérieures à 40 noeuds et de réduire la puissance en chevaux nécessaire au minimum et, d'autre part, un bateau à très grande vitesse conçu à partir de ce modèle de bateau.
