Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft den Aufbau einer Kraftverbindungsstrebe (1) eines Fahrwerks eines Personen- oder Nutzkraftwagens zur kraftschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen einem Chassis und einem Radträger, vorzugsweise einer Achsstrebe oder eines Fahrwerkslenkers, bestehend aus einem länglichen Grundkörper (G) und mindestens zwei endständigen Lageraufnahmen (5) zur Ein- und Ausleitung von Kräften. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Grundkörper (G) aus mehreren Elementen aus Kunststoff und Metall zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Verbindung zwischen Metallelementen und Kunststoffelementen durch eine Umformung eines Teils der Kunststoffelemente bewirkt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to the structure of a force strut brace (1) of a chassis of a private car or a commercial vehicle, for the non-positive connection between a chassis and a wheel carrier, preferably an axle strut or a chassis strut. Said force strut brace consists of a longish base body (G) and at least two terminal receiving elements (5) for the introduction and release of forces. The invention is characterised in that the base body (G) consists of a plurality of plastic and metallic elements, the connection between the metallic elements and the plastic elements being made by deforming part of the plastic elements.
(FR) L'invention concerne la construction d'une jambe de force (1) du châssis d'un véhicule automobile ou véhicule utilitaire destiné à la liaison de force entre un châssis et un support de roue, de préférence, un bras oscillant ou un bras oscillant transversal. Cette jambe de force est composée d'un corps de base (G) allongé et d'au moins deux logements (5) terminaux destinés à l'entrée et la sortie de forces. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (G) est composé de plusieurs éléments en plastique et en métal, la liaison entre les éléments métalliques et les éléments plastique étant réalisée par déformation d'une partie des éléments plastique.
