Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to (I) an epoxy resin composition for fiber−reinforced composite material which comprises as the essential components (1) an epoxy resin liquid at room temperature, (2) an aromatic polyamine liquid at room temperature, and (3) diaminodiphenyl sulfone; (II) an epoxy resin composition for fiber−reinforced composite material which comprises at least (4) an at least trifunctional aromatic epoxy resin, (5) an aromatic epoxy resin having a number of epoxy groups of 2 or above but below 3, and (6) an aromatic polyamine, gives a cured resin having a theoretical molecular weight between crosslinks of 250 to 350 g/mol, and exhibits an initial viscosity of 1 to 500 mPa/s at 80 °C; and (III) an epoxy resin composition for fiber−reinforced composite material which comprises (7) a polyglycidyl ether of a phenol−aralkyl resin and (8) a polyamine. The invention provides liquid epoxy resin compositions which exhibit low viscosities at relatively low temperatures and give cured resins having excellent performances such as little drop by water absorption in glass transition temperature.
(FR) L'invention concerne (I) une composition de résine époxy pour un matériau composite à fibres comprenant, comme constituants essentiels (1) une résine époxy, liquide à température ambiante, (2) une polyamine aromatique, liquide à température ambiante, et (3) une diaminodiphénylsulfone ; (II) une composition de résine époxy pour un matériau composite à fibres comprenant au moins (4) une résine époxy aromatique au moins trifonctionnelle, (5) une résine époxy aromatique ayant un nombre de groupes époxy égal ou supérieur à 2 mais inférieur à 3, et (6) une polyamine aromatique, fournissant une résine durcie ayant un poids moléculaire théorique compris entre les réticulations de 250 à 350 g/mol, et présentant une viscosité initiale de 1 à 500 mPa/s à 80 °C ; et (III) une composition de résine époxy pour un matériau composite à fibres comprenant (7) un éther polyglycidylique d'une résine phénol-aralkyl, et (8) une polyamine. L'invention permet d'obtenir des compositions de résine époxy liquides présentant de faibles viscosités à des températures relativement basses, et des résines durcies d'excellentes qualités telles que faible point de goutte par absorption d'eau à la température de transition vitreuse.
