Abstract
(EN) A moving picture information compression method and a system thereof capable of compressing code−predictable data such as image information with a high compression ratio and at a high speed. According to the first mode of the present invention, prior to performing the inter−frame compression, an image in the frame is divided into blocks and each of the blocks is approximated (substituted) as a single plane defined by three pixel elements in the block. According to the second mode, pixels are compared to one another between the original image and the image decompressed after compression and difference information between the pixel elements is output. When a pixel element causing a difference greater than a parameter (threshold value) P is present, a smaller block size is applied for in−frame compression. According to the third mode, each I block which has been spatially divided into blocks is dispersed in the time axis direction between the frames in such a manner that the I block is not inserted at a block position in a frame which has been updated because the inter−frame difference has exceeded the parameter (threshold value) P during a specified period.
(FR) L'information concerne un procédé de compression d'information d'images mobiles et un système correspondant capable de comprimer des données à code prévisible, telles qu'une information d'images à débit de compression et à vitesse élevés. Selon le premier mode de réalisation de cette invention, avant la réalisation de la compression entre les trames, une image de la trame est divisée en séquences et chacune des séquences est approchée (substituée) en tant que plan unique formé par trois éléments de pixels de la séquence. Selon le seconde mode de réalisation, des pixels sont comparés entre eux à partir de l'image d'origine et de l'image décomprimée, après qu'une information de compression et de différence entre les éléments de pixels est émise. Lorsqu'un élément de pixel engendrant une différence supérieure à celle d'un paramètre (valeur seuil) P est présent, une taille de séquence inférieure est appliquée à la compression des trames. Selon le troisième mode de réalisation, chaque séquence I spatialement divisée en séquences est dispersée dans le sens de l'axe temporel entre les trames, de telle manière que la séquence I n'est pas introduite à une position de séquence dans une trame qui a été mise à jour, parce que la différence entre les trames est supérieure au paramètre (valeur seuil) P, pendant une période spécifique.
