Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to aryl triazines and uses thereof, including to inhibit lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase $g(b) (LPAAT-$g(b)) activity and/or proliferation of cells such as tumor cells, where R1-R5 are hydrogen or non-ydrogen substituents, and Q is a heteroatom or heteroatom attached to one or more methylene groups.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des aryltriazines de formule (I) et leur utilisation, dont l'inhibition de l'acide lysophosphatidique acyltransférase $g(b) (LPAAT-$g(b)) et / ou de la prolifération de cellules telles que des cellules tumorales. Dans ladite formule, R1 à R5 représentent des substituants hydrogène ou non-hydrogène, et Q représente un hétéroatome ou un hétéroatome attaché à un ou plusieurs groupes méthylène.
