Title (EN) MULTI-PLANAR HEADSTOCK FOR STRINGED MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS
(FR) CROSSE A PLANS MULTIPLES POUR INSTRUMENTS DE MUSIQUE A CORDES
Abstract: front page image
(EN)A multi-plane headstock provides different planes to which strings of a stringed musical instrument may be attached to control the tension on the string and the angle at which the string breaks from the plane of the strings over the fingerboard. Advantageous musical characteristics are provided to such stringed musical instruments by implementation of the multi-planed headstock of the present invention in greater selectability and adjustability of stringed musical instrument characteristics, as well as increased internal harmony of the instrument.
