Abstract
(DE) Das erfindungsgemässe feuerwiderstandsfähige Profilbauteil (1) dient zur Herstellung von Fenstern, Türen, Wandelementen, Fassaden und dergleichen. Es umfasst zwei im wesentlichen U-förmige Profilteile, insbesondere aus stranggepresstem Aluminium, die eine Innentragschale (3) und eine Aussentragschale (4) ausbilden und die an ihren freien Schenkelenden (300, 301 bzw. 400, 401) der Schenkel (5) der U-Profile mittels thermisch trennender Isolierstege (6) zu einem eine einzige Hohlkammer (H) umgebenden Verbundprofil (35) verbunden sind. Die Hohlkammer (H) ist mit einer Brandschutzisoliermasse (7) zumindest teilweise ausgefüllt. Der besondere brandschutztechnische Vorteil des erfindungsgemässen Einkammer-Verbundprofils liegt darin, dass durch die grosse Hohlkammer (H) sehr viel Brandschutzisoliermasse (7) in das Einkammer-Verbundprofil eingefüllt werden kann, die dadurch einen stabilen isolierenden Block bildet, in dem auch die Eckwinkel und Verbindungsmittel eingebettet sein können. Dies ist im erfindungsgemässen Umfang bei den bekannten Mehrkammer-Verbundprofilen nicht möglich. Es werden auch verschiedene Herstellungsvarianten des Profilbauteils (1) vorgeschlagen, die u.a. die Verwendung einer mörtelartigen aushärtenden Brandschutzisoliermasse (7), die Verwendung vorgefertigter Isoliermasseteile und die Aussparung ungefüllter Teilkammern (37) in der Hohlkammer (H) vorsehen.
(EN) The invention relates to a fireproof profile component (1), for the production of windows, doors, wall elements, facades and similar. Said component comprises two essentially U-shaped profile pieces, in particular made from extruded aluminium with an inner support shell (3) and an outer support shell (4) and which are connected to a composite profile (35), surrounding a single hollow chamber (H) at the free branch ends (300, 301, or 400, 401) thereof on the branch (5) of the U-shaped profile by means of thermally-separating insulating webs (6). The hollow chamber (H) is at least partly filled with a fireproof insulating mass (7). The particular advantage of said single-chamber composite profile with regard to fireproofing, is based on the fact that a large amount of fireproof insulating mass can be charged in the composite profile with the hollow chamber (H), thus forming a stable insulating block, in which the corner angles and connecting means can also be embedded. In conventional multi-chamber composite profiles this is not possible within the confines of the invention. Various production variants of the profile component (1) are disclosed, comprising amongst others, the user of a mortar-like hardening fireproof insulating mass (7), the use of pre-prepared insulating mass pieces and the recessing of unfilled partial chambers (37) in the hollow chamber (H).
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément profilé (1) réfractaire servant à produire des fenêtres, des portes, des éléments muraux, des façades et similaires. Ledit élément comprend deux parties profilées sensiblement en U, notamment en aluminium extrudé, qui forment une coque support intérieure (3) et une coque support extérieure (4) et sont reliées, à leurs extrémités libres (300, 301 et 400, 401) des branches (5) du profilé en U, au moyen d'entretoises isolantes (6) à séparation par voie thermique, en un profilé composite (35) entourant une unique chambre creuse (H). La chambre creuse (H) est remplie au moins en partie avec une matière isolante ignifuge (7). Le principal avantage, en termes d'ignifugeage, du profilé composite à chambre unique selon l'invention réside dans le fait que l'unique chambre creuse (H) de dimensions importantes permet de remplir le profilé composite à chambre unique, d'une très grande quantité de matière isolante ignifuge, qui forme de ce fait un bloc isolant stable dans lequel les cornières d'angle et les éléments de jonction peuvent également être incorporés, ce qui n'est pas possible dans le contexte de l'invention, avec les profilés composites à chambres multiples connus. L'invention concerne en outre différentes variantes de production dudit élément profilé (1), qui prévoient entre autres l'utilisation d'une matière isolante ignifuge (7) durcissable à base de mortier, l'utilisation de parties en matière isolante préfabriquées et l'évidement de chambres partielles (37) non remplies, dans la chambre creuse (H).
