Abstract:
(EN) In an organic luminescence device formed of one or plural layers of organic films between an anode and a cathode, at least one layer is any one of a luminescence layer, an electron injection layer and an electron-transporting layer and is formed of at least a spiro compound of formula (I-a) or (I-b) having a carbon atom or a silicon atom as a spiro atom and having four ring structures including at least one nitrogen atom-containing ring structure. By the use of the spiro compound of the formula (I-a) or (I-b), the resultant organic luminescence device produces a high-luminance fluorescent luminescence at a low voltage for a long period of time.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique formé d'au moins une couche de films organiques posés entre une anode et une cathode, dans lequel au moins une couche est une couche électroluminescente, une couche à injection d'électrons ou une couche de transport d'électrons et est constituée d'au moins un composé spiro de formule (I-a) ou (I-b) ayant un atome de carbone ou un atome de silicium comme atome spiro, ainsi que quatre structures cycliques comportant au moins une structure cyclique contenant de l'azote. L'utilisation du composé spiro de formule (I-a) ou (I-b) permet au dispositif électroluminescent organique résultant de produire, à basse tension et pendant longtemps, une luminescence fluorescente à haute luminance.
